Submission Instructions & Forms
Due By January 31st*
Each healthcare communications agency and/or network is required to submit the entry requirements detailed on each form via email/upload and complete your online standard rate purchase by the January 31st due date.
Agency Profile, Key Data and Roster – this detailed profile serves multiple critical purposes within our program. Your agency (1000 min - 2500 max word) write-up will be the primary source when evaluating candidates for several Manny Awards, including Agency of the Year, Agency on the Rise, and more. In addition, your agency profile will be showcased in our Annual Healthcare Communications Agency issue of Med Ad News, providing year-round exposure.
- April Agency Profile Submission: $600 per entry
- April Network Profile Submission: $600 per entry
Award Category Submission – each award category has a corresponding form detailing the submission requirements to participate in the Manny Awards program and to be appropriately represented as part of the jury voting process. Along with the creative assets, we’ll require a Creative Submission Form for each category entry.

- Best Nonbranded Consumer: $500 per entry

2) Med Ad News editors reserve the right not to publish data from agencies that have not completely filled out the documents or that do not meet our criteria. The editors reserve the right to question the data.
