The Med Ad News Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion is designed to recognize agency/networks' mission, strategies, and practices to support a diverse work environment. This nomination looks to agencies/networks that embrace diversity and inclusion in all aspects of their business, including and not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, social class, physical ability or attributes, religious or ethical values system, national origin, and political beliefs. Agencies and networks are evaluated for this recognition by Med Ad News' editors based on their self-written nomination essays along with information provided in the profiles submitted for the April magazine.
